In order to clearly and transparently illustrate the values which guide Sviluppo Sistema Fiera in attaining its objectives, the company adopted an Organizational, Management, and Control Model, in compliance with Legislative Decree No 231 of June 8 2001 on “Regulations Governing the Administrative Liability of Companies”.

An integral part of the Organizational, Management, and Control Model is the Code of Conduct, which is the means of sharing the guiding principles of Sviluppo Sistema Fiera and of disseminating this culture of ethical conduct within the company.

By adopting this model, and to prevent the risk of committing offenses under the terms of Decree 231, the Board of Directors of Sviluppo Sistema Fiera set up an internal Supervisory Body that enforces the Code of Conduct and the Model as a whole.
